Program cost breakdown
In most cases, Strayer’s BBA program consists of 40 courses, with the price of $1525 per course. There are additional fees for textbooks and supplies, a $65 technology fee each term and a one-time $150 degree conferral fee.
Transfer credits
Courses from another institution may be eligible for transfer credits to Strayer, which can help reduce the number of courses you need to graduate and your overall tuition. You can transfer up to four classes toward your bachelor’s degree (if approved). Scholarships and financial aid
There are a number of financial aid options worth exploring on our financial aid page. To apply for federal aid, prospective students should fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form. Stafford loans are available for graduate study. These are direct unsubsidized loans, not based on financial need. Unlike subsidized loans, Stafford loan interest will accrue while in the program. Making interest payments while in school will help reduce the amount of principal that would otherwise build up, reducing your end cost.
There are also scholarships and private loans available for Strayer students.

Topics include the transition and development of the industry; organizational design; oversight and management roles; responsibilities of various types of health care institutions and professionals; evaluating the purpose and clinical performance of physicians, nurses, clinical support and community health services management; and the functions of financial and human resource management, information services, customer services, and marketing and strategy.
Understand marketing in health care organizations. Topics include the role of marketing in health care organizations, the marketing environment in the health care industry, strategy and market planning, the use of market information systems and market research, market segmentation, shaping product and service offerings, pricing strategies and decisions, designing and managing marketing channels, designing and managing marketing communications, and implementing marketing.
Review current health information systems. Topics include locating, collecting, analyzing, utilizing and reporting health statistics to solve common workplace issues. Learn basic concepts of data quality and methods of presentation. Explore data systems issues as well as health indicators, metrics and measurements to support informed decision making in a health care organization.
Explore contemporary human resource issues in health care management within the U.S. health care system. Contrast the differences between personnel administration and elements of strategic human resource management. Learn key concepts, such as line vs. staff relationships; the manager/employee relationship; job design and analysis; position descriptions; recruitment, retention and promotion; succession planning; legal issues; safety issues; labor relations; training; compensation and benefits; and performance appraisals. Discuss current trends in health care human resource management for context.
Get an overview of health care policy, regulation and law. Topics include sources of common, statutory and constitutional law; contracts and intentional torts; the organization and management of a corporate health care organization (HCO); for-profit and nonprofit HCOs; liability issues for individuals and HCOs; admission and discharge issues; medical staff appointments and privileges; emergency care issues; consent issues for treatment; and taxation and antitrust issues.
